Ember Roast was founded in 2019 in a small unit in Sheffield's Kelham Island neighbourhood. What started as a passion project — roasting on a 1kg drum roaster on weekends — grew into something we couldn't stop thinking about.
We source exclusively from importers who work directly with farmers and cooperatives, and we share full traceability data on every bag we sell. Coffee should tell you where it came from.
